Obtained her Juris Doctor degree from the University of the Philippines – Diliman in 2011. She is also a Certified Public Accountant having passed the board exams in 2007. She obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy from De La Salle University – Manila.
Prior to joining SPCMB, Ms. Reyes was a Corporate Lawyer at Carpo Law & Associates where she handled foreign investments and international accounts involving corporate and tax consultancy, asset acquisition management and tax litigation. From 2013 to 2016, she was an Associate at Leynes Lozada-Marquez Law Offices where she gained extensive litigation experience in criminal, civil, administrative, tax and labor cases, and special proceedings before trial courts, appellate courts and at the Supreme Court level. She likewise has extensive corporate consultancy and planning practice, particularly, in the energy, retail, entertainment, broadcasting and telecommunications industries.
In 2017, Ms. Reyes joined SPCMB as a Senior Associate for the Litigation Department.
