Mr. Baclay graduated cum laude from Xavier University – Ateneo de Cagayan in 2007 with a degree in Philosophy and obtained his Juris Doctor degree from the College of Law of the University of the Philippines in 2013. Prior to being accepted in the Philippine Bar, he worked as an Executive Assistant in the Commission of Elections, Paralegal with the Callanta and Partners Law Office, and Procurement Analyst with Bayantrade, Inc.
