Obtained his Juris Doctor degree from the University of the Philippines – Diliman in 2014. He was awarded the Dean’s Service Award. He graduated with Academic Distinction from San Beda College in 2009 with a degree in Legal Management.
Prior to joining SPCMB, he worked for Congresswoman Mar-len Abigail S. Binay in the House of Representatives. He also served briefly as Alternate Assistant Corporate Secretary for the Local Water Utilities Administration.
In 2014, Mr. Lorica joined SPCMB as a Junior Associate.
In 2020, he obtained his Master of Science (MSc.) degree specializing in Development and International Business from Queen Mary University of London as a Chevening scholar.
Mr. Lorica is currently on official leave from SPCMB as he acts as the Chief-of-Staff of Hon. Jose Angelo Luis N. Campos, the Representative of the 2nd District of Makati in the Philippines’ House of Representatives.
